ABOUT InHISName® MINISTRIES
InHISName is the trademark of, and a ministry organized as, a non-profit auxilliary organization under the provisions of the Amended and Restated Constitution and By-laws of the First Baptist Church of La Jolla, California, copyright 1998, All Rights Reserved.
InHISName is dedicated to developing authentic and genuine Christians based upon sound Biblical principles. Services include conflict resolution, organizational development, communications development, as well as strategic and long range planning.
InHISName is dedicated to addressing the problems of conflict in a relational manner and at their root - basic human interaction - through a variety of means. The focus is not based on psychological or legal emphasis, nor on educational paradigms, but on active participation of the Holy Spirit in accordance with Scripture.
InHISName staff are trained professionals who conduct both training and facilitation with individuals and church groups wrestling with tough issues or who want to set a new direction which will be received in consensus at their church. The staff have engaged in mediation and conflict resolution with individuals and small groups to resolve difficult personnel issues, when there was no desire to include denominational staff in the process.
The key to all of the successes has been due to reliance on active prayer in situations, listening to the Holy Spirit for direction, and obedience to the Word and Lordship of Christ.
To make disciples, to teach how to love by loving, to listen in humility and eagerness about the plans that God has prepared in advance for each of us - those are the hallmarks, the benchmarks of what INHISNAME is all about.
PURPOSE, MISSION, VISION and CORE VALUES
Purpose: InHISName exists to provide high quality, Christ-centered, Holy Spirit-led leadership and organizational development, conflict resolution, communications training, administrative and financial management assessment, and strategic planning services to churches, individuals, and leadership groups.
Mission: InHISName mission is to present and develop skills in the sound biblical principles of listening and dialoguing with God, involving the holy Spirit in leadership and in teaching communication and administartive skills to pastors, lay leaders and others - individually, in small groups or in all-church settings.
Vision: InHISName is to be a recognized, national leader in bringing an evangelical Christian perspective to church leadership and conflict resolution, as well as a recognized source for leadership and organizational development training and assistance.
Core Values: InHISName values Christian discernment, sensitiveness to the Holy Spirit's actions, and maturity in Christ's name.
